Salamanca Man Charged for Growing Pot

A Salamanca man is accused of growing marijuana at his home.

30-year-old Bernard Isaac Jr. was arrested Monday afternoon after members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force searched his Cottage Avenue house and found marijuana plants, processed marijuana, and equipment used to grown marijuana.

Isaac is scheduled to appear in Salamanca City Court on March 27 to answer a felony charge of unlawful possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful growing of marijuana.
