Sexual Assault Charges Bound to Court

Charges against a 19-year-old Bradford man accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl in a car behind the Bradford Mall have been bound to court.

Rodney Hinchman Jr. was allegedly having sex with the girl at just before 7 o’clock on the night of February 6 when a Foster Township Police officer saw the car, according to papers filed in District Judge Rich Luther’s office.

The girl told police she knew they were going to have sex, and it was her idea to go behind the mall.

Hinchman is charged with one count each of statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault against a person younger than 16.

He is in McKean County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
