Fire on Corydon Street

UPDATE: City firefiighters werew called to this East Corydon Street house at 12:29 p.m. Soon afterward, they called a second alarm to bring out 15 more city firefighters and 30 Bradford Township volunteers. The Rapid Intervention Team was also called in. Firefighters were on the scene for six hours. The house is believed to be a total loss. They have not determined a cause yet; a state police fire marshal will be investigating on Sunday. The house is owned by Eric Jennings. He, his fiance and their four children were not home at the time.




Bradford City and Bradford Township firefighters are battling a house fire on Corydon Street. A BT volunteer tells WESB and The Hero that everyone got out safely. The street is closed between South Avenue and Congress Street. We'll have more information later today.
