Man Accused of Stealing Tractor

A Clymer, New York, man is accused of stealing a tractor and selling it to scrapyard.

State police say 22-year-old Tyler Gabriel stole the tractor on December 8, but the owners didn’t realize it was missing until recently. The tractor is valued at $3,500.

Gabriel is charged with grand larceny and is scheduled to appear in French Creek Court.
