Man Confesses to Sexually Assaulting Young Girl

A 59-year-old Bradford man is accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.

City Police say George “Jack” Roach subjected the child to oral sex while he was babysitting her on Tuesday. Police say he confessed to the crime.

Roach is charged with felony counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and aggravated assault, along with indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.

He was arraigned by District Judge Bill Todd and sent to McKean County Jail on $300,000 cash bail.

McKean County Children and Youth Services and the BRMC Emergency Room staff assisted with the investigation.

The owner of the Sweet Spot is Gerald Wright and he is a violent sexual predator who has to register for the rest of his life. Keep your children -- especially your teenage girls -- away from that store and be on the lookout for him. If you go to the link the first commenter posted you can see his picture!

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
