Domestic Lands Man in Jail

A domestic incident has landed an Emporium man in jail.

41-year-old Kevin Fox is accused of pushing a 45-year-old woman several times during an argument at just before midnight Wednesday in an apartment in the borough.

Police charged him with harassment. Because he was out on bail for a similar incident, District Judge Barry Brown revoked Fox’s bail and sent him to Jefferson County Jail.
