Metalico Acquires Segal & Sons

Metalico, the parent company of Goodman Services in Bradford, now owns Segal & Sons, which has facilities in Warren and Olean.

Metalico will operate the Segel facilities through Goodman Services, which also has a facility in Jamestown.

Metalico expects the acquisition to enhance its position along the Southern Tier and to boost supply materials for its shredder in Buffalo.

BONAVENTURE, N.Y. — As part of its Spring Awards Ceremony April 12, St. Bonaventure University recognized 61 employees who marked employment anniversaries this year and a number of employees who are retiring. For the third year, this special program incorporated three previously separate ceremonies — The Fr.
