Woman Seriously Hurt in Crash

A Genesee, PA, woman is being treatment for serious injuries following a one-car crash Wednesday afternoon in the Town of Angelica.

State police say 19-year-old Katie Moyer was traveling east on Route 20 when her car went off the road and rolling over, ejecting her. She was flown to ECMC in Buffalo for treatment of a broken arm and internal injuries.

Two other people in car, 37-year-old Steven Cassidy of Wellsville and 31-year-old Dean Root of Leroy, were also hurt. Cassidy was flown to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester for treatment of back and neck injuries. Root was taken to Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville, also for treatment of back and neck injuries.

Police are continuing their investigation.
