Domestic Dispute Leads to Drug Charges
A domestic incident has led to drug charges against a Cattaraugus County man.
Sheriff’s deputies say they were called to the Perrysburg home of 37-year-old Joseph Pugh at 11:45 Monday night and, after investigating the domestic dispute, contacted the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. During a search they found a large quantity of marijuana and equipment to grow it.
Pugh is charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis, along with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation for the domestic incident. He was sent to jail on $3,000 bail.
