Fire Damages Lewis Run Home

Fire heavily damaged a Lewis Run home Sunday afternoon.

Firefighters say the blaze started in a laundry room on the first floor of the house owned by Barb Torrey and Chris Slike.

No one was hurt, and four cats managed to get out of the house safely.

Firefighters say the home was heavily damaged by fire, smoke and water. The Red Cross is assisting the owners.
