Three Teens Charged with Burglary

Two break-ins lead to charges being filed against three teenagers.

State troopers say 18-year-old Frederick Alexander of Yorkshire, 17-year-old Jacob Bishop of Delevan and a 15-year-old who they did not identify broke into the Dollar General in the Town of Yorkshire at about 4:30 a.m. on August 17. The trio also allegedly broke into the nearby Yorkshire Stop-n-Gas.

All three teens are charged with burglary. Alexander is also charged with making a false written statement. Bishop is also charged with possession of burglar’s tools. The two older teens will face the charges in Town of Yorkshire Court. The 15-year-old’s case will be handled by Cattaraugus County Family Court.
