Woman Sentenced for Forging Money Orders

A woman who forged two money orders in Ellicottville last fall will spend the next five years on probation and must pay restitution.

41-year-old Donna Liberatore of made the fake money orders on October 15.

Liberatore is also facing charges in Niagara Falls where she allegedly stole customers’ credit card numbers while working at Metro Mattress and then made several thousand dollars’ worth of purchases there and at Mary Kay Cosmetics.
