A Bradford man accused of punching a woman in the face has waived his preliminary hearing on assault and harassment charges.

Lewis Cornelius Jr. is accused of confronting a woman at around 3 a.m. on August 18 when she got home, and then throwing her to the ground and punching her three times, according to papers filed in District Judge Dominic Cercone’s office.

Cornelius is free on $2,500 bail.
