Men in Court for Road Rage Incident

Two men involved in a road rage incident last month were in court today.

Aggravated assault and other charges against 35-year-old Morton Hansen IV of Shinglehouse were bound to McKean County Court following a hearing in front of District Judge Bill Todd. Hansen is accused of intentionally backing his dump truck into another dump truck, getting into the other truck through the driver’s side window and assault the driver, 50-year-old Kenneth Plants.

Plants had to be treated at Olean General Hospital.

56-year-old Morten Hansen III, also of Shinglehouse, waived his hearing on charges that he went to the scene and attempted to get rid of all physical evidence.

The Hansens are free on bail.
