Trooper Hurt When Cruiser Flips

A Pennsylvania State Trooper suffered minor injuries when his cruiser flipped over while he was on his way to a domestic incident, where a firearm may have been involved.

Police say 23-year-old Dylan Toy was on Route 6 about a mile west of Mount Jewett on Thursday evening when his car went out of control on a snow-covered portion of the road, and then hit an embankment and utility pole before flipping over.

Toy was taken to Kane Community Hospital, where he was treated and released.

I hope they charge him with driving at an unsafe speed for road conditions like he would do to someone else. Oh...I forgot...the rules don't apply to cops.
