Bradford Man Waives Hearing

The Bradford man charged for firing a gun inside his Hobson Place home has waived his preliminary hearing.

39-year-old Dudley Griswald Sr., who was highly intoxicated at the time, according to court papers, fired a .45 caliber pistol into the floor of his home on December 1. Three other adults and a 14-year-old boy were in the home at the time. The investigation started when the boy reported the incident to his school guidance counselor.

Griswald is free on $10,000 bail.
