Man Who Threatened Nurse Waives Hearing
A Bradford man accused of threatening a nursing supervisor at Bradford Regional Medical Center and disrupting the ER’s waiting room has waived his preliminary hearing.
Back in January, 38-year-old Slim Lewis was “extremely agitated” about having to wait and caused a loud disturbance in the waiting room, according to court papers. He tore off his ID bracelet, threw it at the registration clerks and then stormed out. He later called to talk to the nursing supervisor, when he yelled and swore at her and threatened to "kick her f***ing ass."
Lewis is free on bail.
