Two Charged After Domestic Incident

A domestic incident in a car on Tuesday afternoon, and then continued into the evening, has led to charges against two Cattaraugus County men.

23-year-old Zeno Whiteman of Little Valley is accused of assaulting a person in a car while two young children were in the back seat. That incident happened at about 5:45 p.m.

Sheriff’s deputies say later that evening 28-year-old Scott Milks Jr. of Randolph threatened and hit Whiteman.

Whiteman is charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Milks is charged with harassment. Both men were released with appearance tickets for Little Valley Court.
