Police say they got a call from the school saying a man was in the parking lot swearing and pacing around his car. After their arrival, police soon learned that 33-year-old Andrew Hainey went into the school to have breakfast with his son and got upset because he was told he had to sign in. According to court papers, he asked school personnel if he looked like he was from the Middle East, or a terrorist, or if he was carrying an AK-47. Shortly after signing in, however, he went to the parking lot and began his rant.
Hainey was charged with disorderly conduct and sent to McKean County Jail on $2,500 bail.
