Man Accused of Using Weed to Buy Stolen Guns Pleads Not Guilty

A Freedom, New York, man has pleaded not guilty in Catt Co. Court to using marijuana to buy three stolen guns.

Prosecutors say Christopher Lund make the transactions – which also included some cash – in December and January.

He’s charged with criminal possession of stolen property, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal purchase of disposal of a weapon and criminal possession of marijuana.

The case has been adjourned for motions.
