Vehicle Hits Tree on Route 770
A Bradford man is facing charges after his car hit a tree early this morning on Route 770 in Keating Township. State police say a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Carl Doward III went out of control on a curve, flipped over and hit a tree at around 3 a.m. Doward suffered minor injuries.
