Ed and Deb Fidurko of East Resources (center) donated $2,000 to the Ski for Cancer. Fran also passes along this information: 1st place Team Kane Educators with a total of $1729 2nd place Team Bradford Pipe and Supply with a total of $1525 1st place Individual Betsy Dolan Eschrich with a total of $3627 2nd place Individual Kevin Clark with a total of $3023 The gross total is $26,307 . Fran would like to thank "the numerous Sponsors and the Community that gave so much to make this event a huge success! We thank them all and we like to thank East Resources Inc. who presented us with a surprise check of $2,000 on Saturday to help Fight Back against cancer. Without the committee, sponsors, donors and participants we would not have had a successful event! A big thank you to all of you!!!!!"

The 31st annual Tony Dolan Ski for Cancer is going on until 4 p.m. today at The Westline Inn. Pictured from top, enjoying the snowy weather, and getting ready to head out to the trail. Teachers from all the Kane schools gather every year to raise money for the Cancer Society. Fran Stewart and Chris Perkins of the Cancer Society talk about the baskets full of goodies that were being raffled off.
