Announces Launch of 2013-14 Fund Drive
The Kane Area United Fund is pleased to announce the launch of the 2013-2014 fund drive. Last year’s drive raised a record-breaking $42,000 , which is used in the direct benefit of 19 non-profit organizations serving Kane area residents. “We are thrilled at the response to last year’s campaign,” commented Jennifer Macey, president of the Kane Area United Fund. “We hope to build on the momentum of community mindedness that caused a surge in donations in response to last’s year’s campaign.” “Kane is a community that cares for its neighbors, and the KAUF agencies appreciate that support as they carry out their work with kids through seniors,” she continued.
