(News Release)The Bradford Area Public Library, in conjunction with the Energy Institute at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, will offer a panel discussion on the subject of Windmills on Thursday evening at the library. Speakers representing a variety of perspectives will be featured at the event, which will begin at 6:30 p.m. Dr. Matthew Kropf, Director of the American-Refining Group/Harry R.
