Arrest in 'Operation Family Cookout'

State drug agents have arrested James Frey, one of the two brothers accused of running a large-scale methamphetamine operation out of their rural Albion homes. James Frey was found Tuesday in Ashtabula County, Ohio. The state Attorney General's Office had been searching for Frey since he was charged March 14. The search continues for his brother, Ronald Frey. Along with the Frey brothers, 27 others were charged in connection with Operation Family Cookout.
