04/23/08 - Byrnedale Woman Charged with Arson
A Byrnedale woman has been charged with arson in connection with a fire at her house on March 16. Police also charged Christine Abrahamson with attempted insurance fraud and recklessly endangering another person. She's free on 25 thousand dollars bond.

04/23/08 - No One Hurt in Coudersport Crash
Both drivers escaped injury in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Coudersport. Police say a vehicle driven by Lester Goss didn't stop at a newly posted temporary stop sign and drove into a vehicle driven by Jerald Blotza of Bradford. Police say this is the second collision at the intersection since the Route 6 detour was put into place. They're reminding motorists to take note of the traffic flow changes while the Route 6 Bridge near the Coudersport Consistory is being replaced.

04/24/08 - Man Not in Compliance With Megan's Law
A Bradford man has been charged with failing to comply with Megan’s Law requirements.
Court records show that 40 year-old Jerry Blum moved from his Bradford Township residence to a home in the city of Bradford and failed to notify Bradford City Police under Megan’s Law guidelines. Blum is free on $5,000 dollars bail.

04/24/08 - 3 Shinglehouse Men Arrested in Burglary
Three Shinglehouse men have been arrested after breaking into a Shinglehouse lady’s car and house last weekend and taking coins and a radio. State Police say 32 year-old Paul Slater, 19 year-old Casey Crozier, and a 17 year-old juvenile are all facing burglary, trespassing and theft charges. Slater and Crozier are both in the Potter County Jail on $1,500 dollars bail. The 17 year-old juvenile was remanded to family court.
