Constitution Party Suing PA

The Constitution Party is suing Pennsylvania, saying its candidate is unfairly being denied a spot on the November presidential ballot. The lawsuit filed in Harrisburg federal court seeks an injunction to put the party's presidential candidate, Chuck Baldwin, on the ballot. The lawsuit says the party submitted nearly 22,000 signatures to the secretary of state on August 1, but that wasn't enough to make the ballot. The Department of State is reviewing the lawsuit.
