No Charge for the Teeth

A Wal-Mart customer in Massachusetts claims he found something he wasn't shopping for – human teeth.

The man says he found 10 teeth when he unzipped a compartment in a wallet he was thinking about buying.

The customer turned the wallet and the teeth over to store employees but left without giving his name.

Police investigating the incident say the teeth belong to an adult, but since there was no blood or gum tissue on the teeth, they would not be able to perform DNA tests.

Wal-Mart is looking into the situation, but officials believe this was an isolated incident.

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police also learned there was an active warrant against him from City of Jamestown Court. He was sent to Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 bail. The news leader of the Twin Tiers ... since 1947
