Kersey Man Facing Charges

A Kersey man is facing several charges after allegedly threatening a man with a loaded 12-guage shotgun Friday night.

Police say 38-year-old Christopher Schatz pointed the gun at a 46-year-old Duncannon man and threatened to shoot him.

They say Schatz will be charged with two firearms violations, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. A Derrick City man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl. 19-year-old Richie Cromley is charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and criminal solicitation on a computer of a sex act with a child.
