Man Sentenced on Drug Charges

An Olean man, already serving time in Cattaraugus County Jail, has been sentenced as a second felony drug offender under two separate indictments.

David "Poochie" Maull will spend 12 years in prison for selling crack cocaine to a confidential informant on June 15, 2006, in Olean. He was also sentenced to 5 years in prison for attempting to sell crack to a confidential informant on July 14, 2007, in Olean.

The sentences will be served concurrently.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
