Police Briefs ...

State police are looking for the person who punctured a tire on Martin Jacobs’ SUV while it was parked in the Camp Run area of Westline on Sunday afternoon. The person is 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall and weights about 220 pounds. He was white hair, a white beard and false teeth. He was driving on red Chevrolet Camaro with a Steelers plate on the front.

Someone shot Brenda Walker’s mailbox on Wilcox Clermont Road at about 11:30 Saturday night. Damage is estimated at $40.

Anyone with information on either incident is asked to call Kane-based state police at 778-5555.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. A Derrick City man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl. 19-year-old Richie Cromley is charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and criminal solicitation on a computer of a sex act with a child.
