ATV Accident Injures Two

Two Ohio residents were hurt in an ATV accident early this morning in Cherry Creek.

Sheriff’s deputies say the accident happened at 1:10 a.m. in the backyard of a Park Terrace home when the ATV hit a tree.

The driver 51-year-old Mark Ashbrook of Cleveland is being treated for head and chest injuries at ECMC. He’s listed in serious condition. His passenger, 37-year-old Tonia Dimare of Bayvillage was taken to WCA Hospital in Jamestown for treatment of a minor head injury.

No charges have been filed.

Update: At around 1:23 a.m. Dimare was picked up for driving while intoxicated for driving a car into a ditch.

Shouldn't the driver of an ATV who's been drinking get a dui as well....?
