Man Takes Police on Foot Chase
A Bradford man wanted by the McKean County Probation Department took police on an extended foot chase through downtown Bradford this morning.
20-year-old Clifford Hatch III is charged with flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct. Papers filed in District Judge Dominic Cercone’s office say Hatch ran from police and attempted to conceal himself several times, know he was wanted by the probation department.
Hatch was also arraigned on forgery and theft charges stemming from alleged incidents in June, when he’s accused of taking a woman’s blank checks and using them at the Foster Brook Walmart.
Hatch is in McKean County Jail.
