Cops: Man Pointed Gun at Another Man

A Kersey man is facing charges for allegedly pointing a gun at another man’s head.

State police say 40-year-old Peter Mackie pointed the gun at the head of a 48-year-old St. Marys man at 2:30 Saturday morning.

Mackie is charged with aggravated assault and other unspecified charges.

He was arraigned and released on $25,000 bond.

What is more intresting is that Peter Mackie has been getting away with a lot of crime in the area. And no one seems to do anything about. Was he drunk? That is what his behavior from the past is like.
This is not the first time he has done this. Most of the time the county can not handle the legal issue because of having no money. So they let them go with a slap on the wrist. Welcome to Elk County!!!!

Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
