Man Charged with Raping 14-Year-Old

A 28-year-old Ripley, New York, man is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl.

Mitchell Treacle allegedly had sex with the teen a number of times between December of 2010 and March of this year.

He was charged with rape, disseminating indecent material to a minor and endangering the welfare of a child, and was sent to jail on $65,000 bail.

He was very Iimportant person in my life. He worked very hard so the five kids he fed and clothed had those things.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
