Having Sex With Child In Hinsdale
A Port Allegany man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
31-year-old Harold Graves is accused of engaging in two or more sex acts with a child younger than 11. The alleged incidents happened between June of 2007 and April of 2009 in Hinsdale, according to Cattaraugus County District Attorney Lori Rieman.
The matter has been adjourned for motions.
