Bradford Man Charge with 30 Counts of
Sexual Abuse of Children

A Bradford man is in jail on 30 counts of sexual abuse of children and related charges.

22-year-old Justin Conklin allegedly had sexual contact with four children ranging in age from 14 to 17 over a period of a year in the City of Bradford as well as Bradford and Foster townships.

The state police investigation revealed that in addition to possessing child pornography Conklin had sexual contact with some of the victims and agreed to pay one of them for a sex act.

Besides the 30 counts of sexual abuse of children, Conklin is charged with two counts of unlawful contact with a minor and one count each of statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and prostitution.

He was arraigned by District Judge Rich Luther, who set bail at a quarter of a million dollars cash.

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
