United Way Seeks Projects for
Second Annual Live United Day of Action

United Way of the Bradford Area, Inc. is seeking project applications for the 2nd annual Live United Day of Action on September 22nd.

The Day of Action is a community wide volunteer day where people from all walks of the community will join together to advance the common good on issues of education, income, and health. A “Better Bradford Clean-up”, “Stuff the Truck Supply-Drive," and “First Chapter” children’s playgroup are scheduled.

All sponsorship money for this event will be invested back into the local community.

Agencies are encouraged to submit an application for any project needed to be done at their location. Projects could range from cleaning carpets, to putting a fresh coat of paint on walls, to other acts of good will. Applications are due Wednesday, August 1 and agencies will be notified of approval by Monday, August 6th.
