48-year-old Robert Wilson walk into Salon 2000 Wednesday morning, said he had a bomb and had placed other bombs down the street. Police say he told them he was upset because no one ever acknowledges him on the street. Later, he told police he is also upset about the theater shooting in Colorado.
Shortly after police arrived, he walked outside and was arrested. He is charged with falsely reporting an incident, a felony.
