Food, Candy, Beef Jerky Stolen

Four St. Marys residents are facing charges for stealing about $1,000 worth of food, candy and beef jerky from the St. Marys Walmart between Christmas Day and last week.

A 38-year-old woman stole $110 worth of items between Christmas Day and October 14. A 60-year-old man stole $264 worth of items from Christmas Day through November 14 and, during the same period, a 42-year-old man stole $165 worth. A 23-year-old man stole $434 worth of items between April 3 and November 14.

Police say the four all ate the food, candy and beef jerky in the store. Their names were not released.

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police also learned there was an active warrant against him from City of Jamestown Court. He was sent to Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000 bail. The news leader of the Twin Tiers ... since 1947
