Freezing Rain Possible for
Cameron, Potter Counties Friday
The National Weather Service has issues a freezing rain advisory for Cameron and Potter counties starting Friday morning.
A brief period of freezing rain is expected at around sunrise, and could cause a glaze of ice on trees, sidewalks and other colder objects.
Meteorologists say road surfaces may stay warm enough to keep ice from forming on all but bridges and overpasses.
The advisory includes Coudersport and Emporium, and is in effect from 6 a.m.to 11 a.m. tomorrow.
