Man Hurt in Elk County Crash

A Tionesta man was hurt in a one-vehicle crash Friday morning in Elk County.

State troopers say 28-year-old Jonathan McGrath was driving his pickup truck on Route 948 just north of the Highland Road intersection when the truck slid on the ice-covered road, crossed the road, went up an embankment and rolled over.

McGrath suffered minor injuries. No charges will be filed.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. A Derrick City man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl. 19-year-old Richie Cromley is charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and criminal solicitation on a computer of a sex act with a child.
