Trio Charged with Sexually Abusing Children

A husband and wife, along with another woman, are accused of sexually and physically abusing four children, some of which took place in McKean County.

Authorities say 51-year-old Warren Yerger of Douglasville sexually assaulted two girls and two boys who were in his care from 1989 to 2012 in Chester, Berks and Montgomery counties as well as McKean.

According to court papers, the children as young as three-years-old were raped, forced to perform sex acts on adults and each other, and participate when the suspects were having sex. The suspects also took and distributed naked pictures of the children, and punched and kicked them.

Yerger and his wife, wife, 34-year-old Leslie Yerger, and former girlfriend, 46-year-old Deborah Keeley of Birdsboro, are all charged with rape, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, conspiracy and related offenses. Warren Yerger is jailed on $1 million bail. His wife and Keeley are jailed on half a million dollars bail each.

Woman Charged with Posting
Nude Picture on Facebook

A Falconer, New York, woman is facing charges after allegedly posting a naked photo of a Warren woman on Facebook. Police say 22-year-old Lindsay Head posted the picture without the consent of the 21-year-old victim, who is dating Head's ex-boyfriend. Head is charged with dispersing obscene and sexual materials. The picture has been removed from Facebook.

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
