Douglas Charges Bound to Court

Vehicular homicide and manslaughter charges against the Kane woman accused of driving under the influence in a crash that killed six people, including her 12-year-old daughter, have been bound to McKean County Court following a preliminary hearing today.

37-year-old Kathleen Douglas is accused of driving under the influence of prescription medication back in August when she crashed into another vehicle at the intersection of Route 219 and Meade Run Road.

Her 6-year-old nephew and four St. Marys residents also died in the crash and her 10-year-old son was seriously injured.

Douglas remains jailed on $750,000 bail.

this is wrong in so many ways! so many women look for honesty trust and respect from this guy and he turns up like this? how many other times has this occurred with this so called "man" that no one had said anything about?? it upsets me to know that this guy delivered both of my kids, due to the fact what was he really thinking about when he was examining the mother of my kids?? in my opinion he is just another predator of Bradford and he will never have anything to do with my family again now or in the future!

Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. A Derrick City man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl. 19-year-old Richie Cromley is charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and criminal solicitation on a computer of a sex act with a child.
