Heroin Dealer Sent to State Prison

A convicted heroin dealer will spend six years in state prison.

Prosecutors say 57-year-old David Foster of Olean had heroin with the intent to sell it on February 1 of last year in Olean. He was also convicted of criminal possession of a controlled substance for selling a narcotic drug on January 18 of last year in Olean.

Also in Cattaraugus County Court, 31-year-old Janine Heitzinger of Olean pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance for selling a narcotic drug on February 26 of last year in Salamanca.

She is scheduled for sentencing on September 8.

A Derrick City man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl. 19-year-old Richie Cromley is charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and criminal solicitation on a computer of a sex act with a child. Two Arrested on Drug Charges

Two people were arrested on drug charges after state police got a report about unauthorized use of a vehicle. Troopers found the vehicle in Randolph on Wednesday and arrested the driver, 31-year-old Bridget Bardo of Conewango, for aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance and scheduled to appear in Town of Randolph Court. Her passenger, 28-year-old Andrew Jaquish of Salamanca, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
