A man who stole more than 70 guns from a Clearfield County store has been sentenced in federal court to five years’ probation.

36-year-old Justin McElheny of Irvona stole the guns from December of 2007 to October of 2011. They included revolvers, pistols and rifles of various calibers.

Prosecutors say, at the same time McElheny had the stolen guns he was unlawfully using Percocet, Oxycontin, Roxicet and Vicodin.
