Knife Threat Suspect Waives Hearing

The Cheektowaga, New York, man accused of threatening a Bradford woman with a knife back in 2011 has waived his preliminary hearing.

27-year-old Jason Rohdafox is accused of holding a knife to the throat of the woman who was his girlfriend then and threatening to kill her. He also punched, choked and scratched her while they had been fighting about money, according to papers provided to WESB by District Judge Dominic Cercone’s office.

In another case, this one from 2010, he was in a Jackson Avenue house without permission.

He returned to the Buffalo area after the second incident, and was arrested last week and then sent to McKean County Jail.
