Four Indicted on Drug Charges
Four people have been indicted by a Cattaraugus County grand jury for selling drugs in Olean.
23-year-old Jenna Shoup of Hinsdale had prescription drugs and a hypodermic needle and is charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, as well as criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
25-year-old Nathan Layman and 22-year-old Brady Smith, both of Olean, are each charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.
25-year-old Stephanie Cossiart of Olean, who is already in jail for criminal possession of stolen property, is now charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, too. Her sister, Samantha, is the woman who stole from the Foster Brook Wal-Mart, and was picked up on a warrant after stealing from the Allegany Wal-Mart.
