Man Pleads Guilty to DUI in Crash
That Critically Injured Passenger
A man who was driving his motorcycle drunk in a crash that critically injured his passenger has pleaded guilty.
39-year-old Jeffrey Stack of Bradford admitted to being under the influence of alcohol on September 15 of last year when he hit a vehicle that was backing out of a driveway at 200 East Main Street. 30-year-old Mildred Pressler of Bradford was thrown from the bike and was found in the shrubbery surrounding Wright Monumental Works at 212 East Main.
Stack is scheduled for sentencing on July 3 in McKean County Court.
