Teen Accused of Stealing Car from Dealer's Lot
A 17-year-old boy is accused of stealing a car from a car dealer’s lot in Jamestown.
State police say they stopped a car in the city at 2 o’clock this morning because it didn’t have headlights on. When the teenager couldn’t tell them who owned the car, they did some investigating and learned the car been stolen. Also, there was only one plate on the car. It was stolen, too.
The boy was scheduled to appear in City of Jamestown Court and then released to the custody of his father.
